Welcome to the Integrity and Compliance Department's home page. Fletcher Allen has created a compliance program not merely built on the need to comply with laws and regulations, but instead, built on the fundamental belief that our success depends on collaboration, honesty and respect as well as the trust of those we work with or serve.

The Integrity and Compliance Department is responsible for ensuring that Fletcher Allen's actions comport with the legal requirements of our industry and to foster an environment in which each employee  everyone acts with the highest ethical standards.

Toward that end, we have adopted a Code of Conduct  which applies to all employees, members of the Board of Trustees, independent contractors, Medical Staff, volunteers, students, and vendors.

Our Chief Compliance Officer is Kalisa Barratt.  If you have a complaint or concern, you may contact her directly at (802) 847-0627 or via e-mail at kalisa.barratt@vtmednet.org. She will ensure it is properly investigated and resolved in a timely manner.  If you request, she will keep your identity confidential to the fullest extent allowed by law and the nature of the investigation.
