Fletcher Allen /UVM offers intensive, ACGME-certified residency and fellowship programs staffed by 39 board-certified radiologists. As a resident, you will experience learning in our state-of-the-art conferencing center with dual stream videoconferencing capabilities (where we videoconference the New England Roentgen Ray Society meetings). Hands-on and electronic educational resources abound. There are two conferences per day dedicated to the radiology residents, a weekly educational conference run by the senior residents for the residents, and many more multidisciplinary conferences each week. While emphasizing resident education, the program also addresses ease of practice and quality of life issues, including:

• 64 and 40-slice CT
• High Field Open MRI
• 3.0T and 1.5T MRI
• 3.0T research magnet
• SPECT-CT and PET-CT
• Two biplane angiography suites
• Digital Mammography and a robust breast biopsy service

We also serve as a luminary and beta site for world-renowned companies, testing the newest state-of-the-art equipment and helping them develop new technologies.
