Send an e-mail message to a patient We are pleased to provide this on-line service which allows you to send an e-mail message to your family member or friend who is a patient at Fletcher Allen. Encouraging messages can play an important role in a patient's recovery.

How to send an e-mail message

Before you submit your message, please be sure that the PATIENT'S FIRST AND LAST NAME, room number (if known) and the sender's name are included in the e-mail message. Just click on the "Send an e-mail message" icon at the bottom of the page. Type your message and send it. Your message will be sent to Volunteer Services Department to be printed off and addressed to the patient. E-mail messages are not confidential.

E-mail greetings are delivered in the morning and afternoon, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. They are delivered by a volunteer from FAVORS (Fletcher Allen Volunteers Offer Room Service). Messages for patients in our Rehabilitation Unit at the Fanny Allen Campus are delivered via courier. FAVORS is a free service operated by volunteers and funded by the Fletcher Allen Women's Auxiliary. It is provided for the comfort and convenience of patients and their families.
